** Chatroom Rules ** PLEASE READ!!
We
want you to have the most fun possible in our chat. To that end, we've
established a few rules to ensure your safety and good time.
1) No one under the age of 18 is allowed in any area of Literotica, including the chat room. No underage roleplay is allowed. The CMs will boot and ban any minors on sight. The word of the users will be taken, as age can not be 100% verified on the Internet. Once a ban is installed, if the user continues to “sneak” in, their ISP will be notified. ISPs will be logged along with date and time of occurrence.
2) Advertising other sites or products, aka Spamming, will not be tolerated on any part of Literotica, including the chatroom. This activity is invasive, and interferes with the flow of chat.
3) The Chat Monitors, or CM's, are there for the good of the room. Their job is to make sure minors do not access the chat room, to make sure that spammers and scrollers do not ruin everyone's fun, and to keep out those who harass and/or threaten other chatters. They are NOT there to referee personal disagreements. They are also not there to be abused and mistreated. They volunteer their time to make the chat room a better place. Please treat them as respectfully as you wish to be treated.
4) A chatter
will NOT be removed for the following reasons: A) Typing in caps (although a warning that typing in caps denotes yelling
can be issued). B) Having cybersex in the lounge (unless it is offensive to the other
chatters), although a warning may be issued for them to take it private
or to go to another room, to keep the scroll moving and fun for the
other chatters. As in all things, please try to be considerate of your
fellow chatters.
5) Chatters who log in under multiple names will be asked to log
out all but one name. If they refuse to comply then they will be booted,
if they continue to bring in multiple names after the warning they will
be banned.
