As some of his regular correspondents know Dan (daniellesadvisor) battled with cancer for several years. It seemed he had beaten it early in 2009 and had started writing again and even set up a blog but the cancer returned and in late August 2009, Dan passed away.

I became friends with him through his writing and as he was under no illusions as to the seriousness of his illness, he asked me to post this as and when it became necessary to do so.

I hope you enjoyed his stories as much as I did and join me in wishing all the best for his loved ones.
