This story drags out one's emotions--the mark of a great author. This was a depressing, but excellent effort.
a good peiced of thought ful literature but no fun at all!
As others have said it’s well written and more than a touch depressing.
It’s right there though, that’s the point when a (human) soldier knows that they’ve just committed a war crime, time to become a freedom fighter and revolt.
It doesn’t say anything about what the authorities have planned for the offspring?? It should have been a chance for peace and integration...otherwise known as victory
