I have read many stories across the genres on this site and irrespective of the genre, to me the stories that stand out are those where the erotic moments are there almost as a background element lending weight to the narrative, not being front and centre to the detriment to everything else. The two stories showed all of that.

Loved the growth of the characters, the strength that they evolved and the outcomes that were arrived at.

Excellent work and worthy of a five star rating.

My personal prefernce is children should have both a father and mother. However 2 parents are better than one. Like Detroit single mothers tend to have the gangs replace the fathers.

I have loved every other thing you have written, this one, not so much. It's a testament to how much you are respected as a writer that no one called you on including a dick in the story. Kim still seems immature and selfish...she put Melinda through hell. and if it hadn't been for walking in on the threesome would she have chosen Melinda? Sad, really.

Duh! She always was a spoiled, self centered, immature, brat; that needed a Gibb 's smack and a crowbar to start pulling her head out of her ass. She had to go out and live in the real world to grow the fuck up. Her only positive, was that she found someone mature enough to help her get over all that and find the real loving person inside. That is/was/and always will be; her story arch. Belinda was always the main heroine in this little play. She was/is the one strong enough and mature enough to live through the scraping off of the carbon and shit, to find the diamond in the rough, while dealing with her own issues. All my characters are fashioned off real people. My stories talk about real life, with all its messiness. Names, places, situations have been changed, but there is someone like Belinda and Kim out there, and no that's not their real names.

I had to read this again after reading the authors "rant"... Which is as mild a rant as I have ever seen :)

The one thing I would agree with "anonymous" on is that it is a compliment, and sign of respect to the writer, that no one seemed to have given him a hard time for including a dick... A threesome with a guy. I have made the point lots of times that if there is a dick in the story it shouldn't be in the lesbian sex category... And yet, on my first read through, I don't remember being offended by it... Still not, but not sure what makes this story so different. I think because usually I can easily see a better category fit for the story... Erotic couplings, group sex, loving wives... This one is not so easy...Romance, maybe? Either way it was a nice story, and I like nothing better than a HEA.

I really got into the character quickly. I find it a little hard to describe, but it was funny, entertaining and at the right pace to keep me interested. At first I was somewhat disappointed with the introduction of Kirby or was it Mike. Hell, who cares. Anyway as I read on, it seemed a fitting way for them to have kids, and then to top it off, both got pregnant. I for one is a sucker for a good love story that has a happy ending. Thankfully I don't have to put out a contract to have Myhands316 castrated for making me sad with a bad ending. I also would like to add, mistakes will happen, and do happen when writing, and since none of the editors are getting paid, as hard as they try, perfection is close, but good enough for my book. Good job, I would like to read more of your lesbian stories. Thanks.

Great sequel! the only thing i would changed is that they got pregnant through artificial insemination, instead of a threesome with a guy. They could still know who the father was and they could have gotten a std because when it came down to it mike was prob with a lot of other women too. It was a nice ending though and they each have two kids out of it so its all good. Im so glad linda and michelle had a happily ever after too and tony and his wife. I hope to find my sugar or goddess someday and have a happily ever after also. Keep up the good work though and thanks for sharing your talent.

What an elegant, passionate, and poignant sequel to the story of Linda and Michelle. I knew when Kim was so accepting of their relationship when she came home for the summer that her story needed to be equally intriguing. And you certainly delivered. While the story tended to gloss over the challenges that confronted to two young lesbian lovers, it was a testament to how love can find a way, even against great odds. Hail Goddess, let us all be worthy of your love and guidance. Tears now, lots of tears . . . and joy.
