Hmm... So, the King's baby with Ilma is Baby A, and the Prince's baby with Fawza is Baby B. On the fathers' side, Baby A is brother to the Prince and Baby B's uncle, ergo Baby B is nephew to Baby A. On the mothers' side, Baby B is brother to Ilma and Baby A's uncle, making Baby A a nephew to Baby B.

So...the babies are both uncle and nephew to each other. Right?
