Yeah... There are - for now - two more parts to come. I've submitted the second part yesterday evening, so I think it will be out on monday.

The third part will be submitted tomorrow, and will probably be online by tuesday - I hope.

You did a great job in translating this. The kind of job only an original author of the story can do.

It's probably more complicated to translate from german to english than the other way around. But that may be a ‘german native speakers’ perspective.

Since I started thinking about translating my stories myself (thank you for the kick in the butt) I not only appreciate the effort, but also see the difficulties. All those pretty normal wordings and lots of small jokes and wordplays have to be thought over. They don’t work when translated literally.

You managed to keep the spirit of the story alive. Maybe even more so…

Could it be that it just seems to work a tiny little bit better in english? Maybe because the original tv-series are in english… Dunno. But I got the impression.

Think about that he almost did it twice.

First he imagined the whole thing in german and made it a very enjoyable experience.

Then he decided to translate and found that he almost had to write it like a new story - only while having a good storyboard - all the way.

But he not only did it very nicely. He also took the effort to try to make it just a little bit better in the process.

Gotta give him an ‘A’ for effort in addition to those well earned 5 stars.

And I don’t even know the tv-series it is based on… ;-D

Finally they got together. That's what I thought last year in may. Now I even know HOW they got together, literally spoken.

You've captured this moments, like Chuck rescuing Sarah, or her awaking in the hotelroom, or them having passionate and wild sex, in such a vivid and passionate way, I almost felt like YOU had experienced this moments yourself.

A very fine story. I really liked the romantic setting, and the very touching language. I just loved it, when you've shown Chuck sitting in front of the bed, almost feeling Sarah's hand in his hair, or when you discribed the passionate and wild sex they had, when they returned to the hotel.

Bringing simple words into a poetic form is a difficult task, only a good writer is capable of.

you still need a lot of editing. i know english is hard to write but if its used incorectly, it makes for a confusing story. All in all, once i got past the errors it was an excellent story, can't wait to read the rest.
