We moved to Hawaii just like this couple (thankfully fully paid by my company) and believe me, you suddenly have tons of friends and relatives wanting to come visit. Meaning they want a free place to stay. Luckily we have a small guest house that has two bedrooms. So we are constantly having people stay over.
