Working for an "Escort Service" is a good theme but please develop the character and her situation. She is a soccer mom? How many kids does she have and ages? Does her husband know anything about what she is doing? She said that she started about 5 years ago so that would have made her around 28/29. Who takes care of the kids when she is out on a date like this one? Seems she was on a hiatus? What happened that she took some time off? I like the whole scenario with the older woman. What happens when her date is over? Was the agency notified that she was staying over? Did they send a car for her? Please add some more depth to your story.

I agree that the overall story has great potential. I think what some of the other comments are trying to relate is that constructively, we as the reader want to be in the room. Maybe watching, maybe imagining we are one of the characters. If you’re writing from the viewpoint of the escort, try explaining her reactions to the touch of this powerful woman. Or how she relates to her. Not simply the resulting pleasure.
