How is this incest?

I am not sure how this is incest unless I missed something

At first I thought the "writer" was going by the Taboo part of the category -- though classifying fucking the pool boy as taboo is really a stretch -- but then I saw that is purposely selected the incest tag. This is a clear indication it doesn't know what it is doing.
