You do have the talent, but you have gone into a loop. The same stuff is being rehashed all over again. And this style of writing, with a dialogue in Hindi followed by a translation in English has become rather tiring now. Write in Hindi, or in English, not in both simultaneously.

Write a story in one shot, even if it turns out to be long. Give yourself a break from this serialisation. Try different themes, different plots, different scenarios. The quantity is screwing up the quality. You need to write fewer stories of a much higher quality that you really are capable of.
