I alway look at a person's profile even though I may never comment on it. However, since you are located in Asia, and noting the style of your writing, I strongly sense that you are culturally a native of Asia; not someone with Western values transplanted there. I also intuit that you are a native Asian who has been exposed to a greater or lesser degree to Western educational values: arts, sciences, literature, etc. Truly then, you are excused for expressing your self as a Westerner while inherently thinking as an Asian for the marriage of East & West has never been an easy one.
